MERCURY AGENCY

Mercury Agency has been the prime inspiration in conceiving Mars Minerals Trading Agency.

Mercury Agency has had vast experience and understanding in the trade of minerals for poultry feeds, monuments, granite slabs and tiles, scrap for the past 25 years in India.

We have our own granite quarry in India. Our high-quality granites products are extracted from our quarry.

The company has already been running a formidable and reputed business for more than two decades and has been very successful in establishing a niche for themselves within their customers.

Mercury Agency has been the flagship project of
Mr. Marappan who is the founder and director of the company. His entrepreneurial competencies have helped maintain long term exceptional relationship with the clients. Under his leadership, motivation, and vision the company has expanded its trade from a single commodity to multiple commodities within India. The work ethics within the company has resulted in a team of satisfied employees and customers.

Dr. Dharanidharan Marappan son of Mr. Marappan has been associated with Mercury Agency from 2014 till today in this entrepreneurial journey learning and acquiring practical knowledge about trade, interpersonal skills, communication, relationship building, teamwork, analytical and management skills.

Dr. Dharanidharan Marappan with his knowledge and expertise in the field of commodities trade, has ventured into expanding the existing business to larger geographical market outside India mainly Australia in the first phase with Mars Minerals Trading Agency.

By creating the economies of scale he is focussed at building value in the business for employees and customers, offering a wider range of products and services.

Mars Minerals has been offering world market with all kinds of granite monuments for 20 years from our factory. The company has an installed capacity worth of delivering 15 containers per month.

Dr. Dharanidharan holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai, India.
He has spent over 6 years as a PR Consultant with Vivekanandha Dental College, Salem, India, organizing and accomplishing large scale dental awareness programs with Companies like TNPL, Sree Rengaraaj Steels, RanIndia Steels, SSM Spinning Mills, Mettur Thermal Power Station.
He has been associated with Mercury Agency as Customer relationship executive from 2007-2013. He has honed his interpersonal, understanding and communication skills by interacting with the customers directly thereby expanding his professional network arena.
A permanent resident of Australia he has been involved in many industries to see how Australia business operates. This is how he has now decided to launch out on his own, by conducting feasibilities in different industries to gain a broad knowledge of what direction to set in the future.
His vision is to expand mineral and monument trading between India and Australia with convenience for both the supplier and customer.

A charismatic lady, doctor by profession holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai, India.
A visionary, she is the pillar of strength for the Mars Minerals Company.
Her role encompasses directly assisting the Chief Operating Officer on all strategic and tactical matters.
She responsibly manages the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record keeping and financial reporting.
She understands that a strong work ethic is vital to a company achieving its goals. Hence treating others with respect, dedication towards work, sense of responsibility and emphasis on quality are of prime importance in the work culture of Mars Minerals Agency.
